Representative project — early-stage SaaS founder
Representative project — illustrative of our work, not a verified client engagement.
A founder had validated demand for a scheduling tool with a manual service but needed a product that multiple businesses could sign up to, pay for, and use independently.
A multi-tenant SaaS MVP with team accounts, role-based access, subscription billing with trials, a guided onboarding flow, and an internal admin panel for support.
Scope was kept to the one workflow early customers already paid for manually. Tenant isolation, billing, and onboarding were built properly from the start so the product would not need reworking as sign-ups grew. Usage analytics were added before launch to show where new users succeeded or got stuck.
The founder moved from a manual service to a self-serve product with automated billing, and product decisions are now guided by usage data.
User research, flows, wireframes, and interface design that make products easy to understand and pleasant to use.
Deploy applications to AWS, DigitalOcean, or other clouds with automated releases, monitoring, and sensible costs.
Multi-tenant SaaS products built with subscriptions, onboarding, and admin tools — from MVP to a product customers pay for.
