It depends on the scope. After the discovery call you receive a fixed written proposal, so you know the price and what is included before you commit.

Often, yes: customer replies, lead qualification, follow-up emails and CRM updates are common starting points. We recommend automation only where it genuinely saves time, and we tell you plainly when it will not.
