Representative project — trading and distribution business
Representative project — illustrative of our work, not a verified client engagement.
Sales orders, stock, purchasing, and invoicing were handled in separate spreadsheets and an accounting package. Each order was entered several times, and stock figures rarely matched the warehouse.
A modular ERP built in phases: sales orders and inventory first, then purchasing, then an integration that posts invoices and payments to the existing accounting software.
Phasing meant the business was using the sales and inventory modules while purchasing was still being built. Each module shares the same product and customer data, so information entered once is available everywhere. Staff were trained module by module, with the old spreadsheets retired only after each module was running smoothly.
Orders are entered once, stock levels reflect actual movements, and month-end reconciliation starts from data that already agrees across departments.
An ERP that connects sales, purchasing, inventory, finance, and operations into one system tailored to how you run.
Custom invoicing, billing, and accounting tools — or integrations that connect your operations to your existing accounting system.
Track stock across locations in real time, reorder before you run out, and stop losing sales and cash to inaccurate inventory.
